Iversen Construction Corporation is a third-generation general construction and construction management firm with roots in Western New York dating back to 1909. While the company built its foundation delivering publicly bid commercial projects for municipalities, healthcare facilities, and school districts, that experience now informs a focused residential practice.
Today, Iversen specializes in high-end residential construction, including custom homes, architect-led residences, condominiums, and residential communities. Our team brings the same disciplined planning, coordination, and oversight developed in the commercial sector to residential projects where precision, detail, and execution matter most.

Christopher Iversen, President
Company vision, project development, and executive leadership
Chris leads the firm’s overall vision, growth, and project development strategy. He holds a BS in Engineering from Cornell University and an MS in Construction Management from Stanford University. Chris oversees design coordination, approvals, and construction planning across the company, ensuring each project is grounded in strong technical execution, thoughtful design, and long-term value. His leadership sets the standard for quality and integrity across both residential and commercial work.

Amy Holmes, Vice President, Residential Development
Luxury residential leadership and vision and primary homeowner point of contact
Amy leads the vision, strategy, and execution of the firm’s luxury residential portfolio throughout the Finger Lakes.
With a background spanning finance, design, and construction, Amy brings a full-picture approach to residential development- aligning architectural vision, disciplined budgeting, and construction execution from concept through completion. Prior to joining Iversen, she led financial operations for over 20 years and founded her own design studio, experience that continues to inform her client-first, detail-driven leadership style.
Amy is the primary point of contact for residential clients and works closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and internal teams to deliver highly personalized homes defined by thoughtful design, elevated standards, and a seamless building experience.

Robb Pitkin, Vice President

Robb Pitkin brings over 40 years of experience in construction to the Iversen team. Robb oversees field operations, project execution, scheduling, crew coordination, and logistics to ensure each project runs efficiently and safely. His deep industry knowledge, hands-on leadership, and attention to detail play a critical role in maintaining quality and consistency across complex construction environments.

Project Manager / Estimator
Tom brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, providing a steady, knowledgeable presence from pre-construction through project completion. As Project Manager and Estimator, Tom leads the bidding process, develops accurate and competitive estimates, analyzes project specifications, and works closely with clients and subcontractors to align scope, budget, and timelines. His combined technical expertise and financial insight ensure projects are carefully planned, strategically priced, and efficiently managed.
